Attended the matinee performance of “Hamilton”, yesterday. It was awesome!!! Every performer excelled at emulating the original cast-the stage and set were spot on-lighting and sound were amazing. What a pleasure! Good job attracting this troupe, NCPAC!!! Fabulous experience!

This place was great! Only about 2000 seats in the smallish well designed and acoustically fabulous concert hall. Saw Mr. Vince Gill and his special guest Wendy Moten - who blew the roof off of the house with her amazing gift, The Voice - and will come back for more! Great value. Charleston has it happening!!

I recently heard Ray LaMontagne perform here, with Sierra Ferrell both opening for him and singing along with him. But I'm not writing to tell you how great they were, especially Ray; I'm writing to recommend the venue.I have one complaint, and only one: the sound was off slightly, which I don't think should necessarily be blamed on the venue. There was a bit too much reverb and Ray's voice wasn't balanced well with the instruments. That being said, everything else added up to exactly the sort of experience you hope for at a concert. Clearly management values their patrons, even providing guides for people who needed to use the bathrooms.... which are huge. The staff, both the vendors and the attendants, were very good at their jobs. They cared. That's all you can hope for these days, and they far exceeded expectations.Parking wasn't even a hassle, and I expected it to be, going in. I won't bother complimenting the venue more than I have already. Just assume it will be a wonderful experience and you'll get your wish.

The show "Crystal" was overall very good. Several times through they pointed the very bright stage lights at the audience so I couldn't actually see what was going on.The story was a little hard to follow sometimes, but as Cirque DU Soleil is known for, the acrobatics and athleticism was amazing to watch. We loved it.

Can't beat the fact that even if you are seated at the back you still have a great view. Only complaint is that if they make you have your water bottles...

Loved this venue for the show we were going to! Parking was easy and there were plenty of places to park, including a parking garage. My only complaint would be the food and beverage prices but this is expected at coliseums and other venues.

Great place to catch a concert. Was here on May 1, 2022, to see ZackWilliams and Anne Wilson. Great modern venue with a comfortable atmosphere.

The outside of this building makes one thing roomy and spacious if you've never been in it. Not quite the case here. The seating is so tight that you are literally elbow to elbow and thigh to thigh. That being stated, I did not enjoy the Isley Brothers concert like I had planned to. I couldn't stand up because the people behind complained about not being able to see...understandable. I couldn't dance because there was no space. The people that were around me had no concert spirit. They didn't sing, scream or try to dance. I know next time I attend a concert here to get FLOOR SEATS.

Always running out of stuff extremely early. Insane lines that move VERY slow, no refills. Tiny chairs. I definitely don't come here more than necessary. Hopefully some of this improves in the future. The current experience is pretty terrible
