Bathroom lines and drink lines are always crazy. Very difficult to get in and out of the seats during intermission. Layout of the place makes it very difficult for flow but great for viewing. Seating and acoustics as well as the productions they offer are amazing

Friendly staff throughout. Candy and beer prices a little high but to be expected. Sound quality and lighting was very good. Seats relatively comfy. Good amounts of leg room. Look forward to the next show.

Great place to see a show! I've had Broadway tickets for a couple years now and live going here. The only downside is the seats are super old and not very comfortable when you're sitting there for three hours. Overall, a great place to go check out some great entertainment.

Super nice venue for the opening ceremony of our National conference. Adjacent to the convention center, and right across the street (with a covered walkway) to the Davenport Grand Hotel. Highly recommended.

Beautiful atmosphere, very helpful and knowledgeable server greatly helped guide me to a deliciously prepared duck dish and a SUPERB seasonal cocktail. The ridiculously creative combination of flavors and texture blew me away in the dish I had and, from the look of the menu was found throughout. I have now had a duck dish that makes me understand why some people would order it... as great as it is there, I'm now eager to try one of the other well balanced dishes they serve

We saw Hamilton at this venue last week. What a great show and fantastic facility to perform it in. We have seen numerous concerts and shows over the years here and have never been disappointed with one. Its acoustics, stage, lighting, and seating allow for large, professional productions. I have always left there feeling lucky that Spokane has such an impressive venue. Parking downtown can be difficult but there are several lots in the area to use. The lobby is very welcoming with beautiful views of the Spokane River and Riverfront Park.

We saw Hamilton over the weekend and it was amazing!!! Great venue and easy walk to our hotel at the Historic Davenport.As with any event the lines for the bathrooms/refreshments were crazy long during intermission and there were still lots of people waiting in line after the second half had started.Overall a great experience.

Wonderful building and location. Saw Hamilton. We had seen this a few years ago in S.F., and while we sincerely appreciate all the hard work that goes into this, the sound did not seem right. Too much bass/orchestra over the vocals. Or, vocals needed one notch higher volume. Just wasn't loud enough for the range of vocals.

Went to see needtobreathe here and the venue is so so nice! Comfortable seats and easy to find snack bars and big open isles so you don't have to squeeze past and bump into everyone. Will definitely be seeing more concerts here in the future!

Love that they have Broadway plays! Saw Wicked here was amazing! Seats very small and not comfortable, though and they could use more or bigger areas to get drinks. Lines were so long that most people were not able to get drinks before intermission was over. However, none of this will keep from returning.

We came here to see Wicked. It was your basic big venue, lots of people. I thought they did a good job screening everyone and getting them inside asap. We picked our tickets up "will call" and although we knew the will call area was somewhere in the area, we were not sure exactly where. So we waited in the long line, got screened and got inside the doors only to be told will call was in another area. We got our tickets but had to wait in line again. I'd think there would have been a sign or something telling people where to go.

This is a great place to see a play as it comes through town! This time around was Wicked! We were in the balcony and the sound wasn't very loud so it was hard to hear sometimes. I've been here before to see other plays and it was fine then so I don't know why it was different this time. Still a great place though!

Loved it. Watched the WICKED production. Freakn awesome!! They need to make a movie already. Wife and I drove 2 hrs to get there and watch. Well worth it for a getaway.

Amazing! I've loved it every time! Great venue! Wicked is absolutely wonderful! The only complaint I have is they should warn you upon entering, especially early, that you're not allowed to go outside even during intermission. They used to let you. Other than that I highly recommend it! Amazing plays and shows are always there.

Great show. Unfortunately, not enough bathrooms for the crowd and time allotted for intermission. Couldn't get near the vendor stations for refreshments during intermission. Didn't make it back in time and had to wait 9 minutes before I could go in let alone get to my seat. The Performance itself was amazing!

This is a well designed venue. Love it here. I just wish they continued to serve snacks, water etc after intermission. I was parched and had 45 minutes to go and couldn't buy a water. Plan ahead.

Got us through security and into theater quickly. FIDDLER ON THE ROOF was great. It took a minute to adjust to Tevye with no beard but his voice and that of entire cast was superb

Very nice performance venue. Must wear masks, show proof of COVID-19 vaccination and have your photo ID to enter. Best of Broadway shows are great. Just saw "Mean Girls." Wounderfull!

Amy Grant was a fabulous concert! One virtual ticket of ours would not scan, so we were sent to the line of people buying all their tickets for future shows. Took forever! Then the door attendant couldn't tell us anything about where our seat was located, kind of odd. Once we found our own seats, we had a great time.

Shen Yun was my 1st venue. Beautiful Auditorium, but the seats are in needing of a serious upgrade. They reminded me of high-school to close together and the seat cushion not comfy after 90min of seating in the up front orchestra section.

I went to see the performance of Escape from Margaritaville by Jimmy Buffet. The performance was very good and entertaining. The theater is nice and on the medium size side. The seats to avoid are the side seats in the orchestra section. You are not able to see all of the side stage on the you are on. Other than that, it seems like all other seats are good and because the theater is not that large, the back seats in the theater should be good.

Very nice facility, especially since the remodel when First Interstate took it over. Seats are comfortable. Not a poor view from any seat. Sound is much, much better than prior to First Interstate. Sound quality is now good!

Been to several concerts here over the years and it’s always wonderful! Definitely the nicest venue around! Very clean and modern. The prices for drinks is reasonable and the staff is great. I’d give them 10 stars if I could ❤️ Always exceeding expectations.
