Tickets for Hit Musical ‘Hamilton’ in Grand Rapids Set to Go on Sale
The popular musical “Hamilton” will be in Grand Rapids from February 8 to 20, and tickets will go on sale on October 14.
Producer Jeffrey Seller and Broadway Grand Rapids are introducing the musical to town, which will be presented at DeVos Performance Hall.
In a press statement, Broadway Grand Rapids said, “Hamilton is the story of America then, told by America now.” Hamilton has taken the tale of American founding father Alexander Hamilton and produced a groundbreaking moment in theatre — a musical that has had a dramatic impact on culture, politics, and education — with a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and Broadway.”
Solo tickets will be available at 10 a.m. on Oct. 14 at HamiltonTickets.org.
According to the press statement, “the engagement has a maximum purchase limit of eight tickets per account.” “Tickets will vary in price from $49 to $189 when they go on sale, with a limited number of premium seats starting at $249 for all shows. For all performances, there will be a lottery for 40 $10 seats. Relevant information will be released closer to the day of the engagement.”
